5.                  Discussion and possible action to approve lease agreements between the Public Buildings Authority and tenants for lease of space in the Investors Capital Building, 217 North Harvey Avenue, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  Requested by Keith Monroe, Director, Facilities Management, and approved as to form and legality by Lisa Erickson Endres, Assistant District Attorney.   (Document Received)

 

Dwight Birdwell, Attorney at Law for the lease of approximately 2293 sq. ft. on 2nd Floor, Suite No. 200, for the sum of $1,805.73 per month, commencing July 1, 2013, and ending June 30, 2014.

 

6.         Discussion and possible action on Resolution PBA 2-14: Carry-over appropriations for PBA Fund 7030 in the total amount of $163,147.87.   To carry forward appropriations from fiscal year 2012-13 to the current fiscal year 2013-14.   (Document Received)

 

7.         Discussion and possible action on Resolution PBA 3-14: Cash fund appropriation for PBA-Lincoln Building Fund 7030-2803 in the amount of $150,000.00.   To appropriate receipts for June 1st through June 30, 2013.   (Document Received)

 

8.         Discussion and possible action on Resolution PBA 4-14: Cash fund appropriation for PBA-Metro Parking Garage 7030-3300 in the amount of $315,181.44.   To appropriate receipts for June 1st through June 30, 2013.   (Document Received)

9.         Discussion and possible action on Resolution PBA 5-14: Cash fund appropriation for PBA-Investor s Capital Bldg 7030-3400 in the amount of $100,000.00.   To appropriate receipts for June 1st through June 30, 2013.   (Document Received)

 

10.       Discussion and possible action on Resolution PBA 6-14: Cash fund appropriation for PBA-Debt Service Fund 7030-3600 in the amount of $144,000.00.   To appropriate receipts for June 1st through June 30, 2013.   (Document Received)
